Non-Execution of Trades
- The Research Analyst does not execute or carry out any purchase or sale transactions on behalf of clients.
- Clients must not permit the Research Analyst or its representatives to execute trades on their behalf.
Fee Limits and Payment Terms
- Fees charged to individual and HUF clients shall not exceed limits prescribed by SEBI/RAASB.
- The current maximum fee is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family for all research services combined.
- This limit excludes statutory charges.
- Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
- Fees may be charged in advance for up to one year unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of early termination, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unexpired period.
- Accepted payment methods include cheque, bank transfer, UPI, and other SEBI-approved methods. Cash payments are not permitted.
- Clients may optionally use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited for secure payments.
Conflict of Interest
- The Research Analyst complies with SEBI and RAASB regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest.
- Clients will be informed promptly of any conflict that may affect services.
Prohibition of Guaranteed Returns
- Any scheme offering assured, guaranteed, or fixed returns is prohibited by law.
- The Research Analyst does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments.
Market Risk and Loss Disclaimers
- Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Clients should read all related documents carefully before investing.
- Recommendations do not assure returns. Clients must exercise independent judgment.
- No compensation can be claimed for losses arising from investment decisions based on research recommendations.
Regulatory Registration and Certification
SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, and NISM certification do not guarantee performance or returns.
